Eligibility Requirements

poluquantauralyxa provides refunds for our budget risk management services under specific conditions. You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment if you haven't accessed more than 25% of the course materials or participated in more than two live sessions.

Refund eligibility also applies to technical issues that prevent access to our platform for more than 48 hours, provided you've reported the issue to our support team within 24 hours of discovering it. We don't offer refunds for services completed more than 30 days ago or for one-on-one consulting sessions that have already taken place.

Important Notice: Custom financial assessments and personalized risk analysis reports are non-refundable once delivered, as these represent completed work tailored specifically to your situation.
